This piece is a high resolution scan of an original, found 35 mm color slide taken at a Neil Young concert. Typically only the film portion of a slide is all the would be seen either in print format or in a slide projector. Presenting both the slide mount and it’s content is done through two separate scanning processes, after which the images are super imposed, creating the oversized slide. This project is an homage to film photography, live music, and the days of living in real moments of experiences, with out that awful little rectangle we all have in our pockets.
